Meet our sweet boy Milo! He is a purebred shih tzu. He weighs 11 lbs. Yes, he is full grown and at a healthy weight. He turns 1 year of age on 5/20/25. He is neutered, microchipped, current on all of his yearly vaccines, and had an overall wonderful exam with our vet who has cleared him to find a home all his own ❤️

He is house trained; and does very well going outside to use the restroom throughout the day when needed. He is goes out every 3-4 hours and never has an accident inbetween.

He is crate trained and currently sleeps in his crate at night or to nap in during the day. He really loves his crate and asks us to feed him in there too 😂 so we make sure his food bowl is where he prefers it to be as making his little heart happy isn't a hard task at all!

He is still learning his confidence on a leash, but in time it'll grow as he has a tremendous love for the world and all that's in it so he will need a bit of confidence from his new human to help lead the way until he can confidently walk aside you 😊

He is wonderful with dogs and cats alike. He is beautifully natured, and loves to play. If you have another sweet animal in your home he will happily join them in life. If not, that's okay too as he loves being with you and soaking up all the extra attention of being your only love so either way his heart will be full 😊

He is NOT a barker, but will communicate with you at times when he needs something. He isn't much of an alert barker either as he tends to put his trust in you that everything he hears isn't meant to alarm, or harm him.

He is the sweetest and happiest little guy!!! He is just happy being a part of each and every day especially when he gets to hang aside his human. He isn't high energy at all and will lounge around waiting and observing your day. Sometimes he will get up and follow you around just out of curiosity to see what you are doing but will resort back to his bed, or to his favorite toy entertaining himself.

He loves hanging poolside, and will just soak up the suns rays on a nice warm day. When he is ready to come inside he will sit by the door, and if you take too long to let him in you may catch him catching a snooze right by the door 🙃

He is amazing on road trips around town, and loves to drive around running errands with you when allowed to. He is a total charmer, and always knows how to be asked to come along. He is an ultimate snuggler too and loves being held, or in your lap anytime of the day. He also loves watching tv but will typically be the first to fall asleep 😂

He is wonderful at the groomers, and has never complained about getting a good spa day because he knows all attention will be on him ❤️

His adoption fee is 1500.

It covers his neuter, vaccines, microchip/registration, and exam with our vet (which went perfect) It also covers the care involved in the months he has been with us, his grooming costs, and his training we have personally done with him.
