Our adoption fees are higher than most you will come across but it's because we run a refuge, and not just a rescue. We offer lifetime placement to many we take in here due to health leaving them as hospice/and or severe abuse, neglect, and abandonment cases. Our fees go back into the work we do behind the scenes as well as in front for the ones that are adoptable. 

Our adoptions fees range from 500 to 1500 each adoption. It covers their spay/neuter to age appropriate dogs. If our vet recommends for a puppy to reach a certain age prior to sterilization then we send home spay/neuter contracts for that particular puppy. If brought back to our vets at time of surgery we will cover the costs, if a personal vet outside of ours is used then the cost becomes the new adopting families responsibility as we cannot commit to costs outside of the vet hospital we work with. All dogs/puppies receive age appropriate vaccines,  are microchipped, and dewormed if needed. Fecal tests are sent out to the lab so we always know what we are treating. Health certificates are sent home with every puppy that leaves us on spay/neuter contracts to ensure they have been examined and cleared by our vet prior to adoption. Adult dogs will also have exams prior to any surgery/procedure performed to ensure they are healthy, and will always be cleared by our vet prior to adoption as well.  If extras such as dental cleanings, teeth extractions, treatment of ear infections, hernia repairs, mass removals, in-heat spay increases, extra antibiotics/medications, extra hospitalization/iv fluids, or any major surgeries/complications whether separate or resulting from any of the above, etc. then there is additional fees to help compensate the extra costs. 

We help as much as we possibly can in every area, and provide exceptional care in the time they are with us, along with personally training all of our dogs to be well conditioned in the crate, comfortable walking on a leash, house/and or pad trained pending the dog breed/size/age, and well socialize them with other k9 friends in a controlled and very safe environment. 

Adoption fees are typically always paid upon completion of each adoption which is when all contracts will be agreed upon, signed, and finalized unless otherwise agreed between both parties pending on distance/travel/extra boarding to ensure commitment when holding a dog for a said period of time.
