Pending adoption ❤️
Meet our beautiful girl Grace. Her very name speaks volumes — Grace means favor, blessing, and goodness, and that’s exactly what she embodies. She is 3.5 years old, born on 3/30/22, and weighs 9.5 lbs. Grace is full grown, perfectly healthy, spayed, current on all vaccines, and microchipped. At her vet exam she was given a wonderful report, the only note being a little tartar that can be looked at again at her next yearly checkup. Otherwise, she is as healthy as can be and ready to bless her forever family with the love her name promises. ❤️
Grace is crate trained and sleeps peacefully all night long, content and secure in her space. She would also do just as well beside your bed or even tucked in with you if that’s what her family prefers. Her heart is adaptable, she simply longs to feel safe and close to her people.
Leash training is still new to her. With her prior caretakers juggling five small children and limited time, walks were never a regular part of her life. We’ve introduced it here, but her new family will want to continue with patience and kindness. With steady guidance, she will learn quickly, her eagerness to please shines through in everything she does. ❤️
Grace is house trained and thrives on routine. She patiently waits to be let out, and enjoys company outside as she potties. She will happily trot right back in once finished, always wanting to fall right back into step with you. She doesn’t just live alongside you, she lives with you, finding joy in every small moment shared.
Grace is not a barker. She is confident in her safety and in her people, and doesn’t feel the need to sound alarms or fuss over noises. Her calm nature makes her a peaceful presence in the home, a dog who brings quiet comfort and reassurance rather than chaos.
She is wonderful on road trips. Grace settles easily in the car and seems to truly enjoy being along for the ride. Whether it’s a quick errand or a longer journey, she relaxes into the adventure, content to be your little travel buddy. Having her along for the drive makes every trip sweeter.
Grace absolutely adores her spa days. She thrives on being pampered, brushed, and fussed over, soaking up every gentle word and soft touch. Being told how beautiful she is lights her up, and she happily leans into the attention, reminding you that for her, love is the ultimate luxury.
She is wonderful with other animals. Dogs, cats, and every creature in between. But at the end of the day, Grace’s true happiness is found in the heart of her humans. Being the center of their world, their chosen companion, is what will truly complete hers. ❤️
Her journey here was not without sacrifice. Her first owner loved her dearly but had to return to her home country, leaving Grace in the care of a trusted friend. Though they loved her too, with no dog experience and many children, they knew Grace deserved more. They made the selfless choice to let her go, so that her name, her gift of Grace, could continue to shine in a home where she could be cherished fully.
I truly can’t say enough about her. She is a blessing, a quiet joy, a comfort. While it will be bittersweet to say goodbye, we know her next family will be receiving one of life’s most precious gifts. Once she knows she is home, her heart will fill with joy again, and the love she gives will last a lifetime. ❤️
Her adoption fee is 2000.
It covers her spay, vaccines, microchip/registration, full veterinary exam, and the months of care, grooming, and training we have poured into her while she has been with us.
