Emma is the kind of girl who makes life feel softer, brighter, and a little more joyful simply by being in it. A purebred English Cocker Spaniel with the sweetest eyes and a heart full of love, she is almost 9 months old with a birthday of August 9th, 2025. She is still wonderfully young, yet already carries herself with a calmness and grace that feels so special to witness. Emma has that beautiful balance so many families hope to find, youthful enough for adventures and years of memories ahead, yet naturally gentle and easy to live with.

She came to us from a ranch where she shared life with horses, goats, cows, pigs, sheep, and other dogs. Because of that upbringing, Emma has grown into a beautifully well-rounded soul who sees the world with curiosity instead of fear. She is wonderful with other dogs, kind with cats, and carries a respectful, gentle demeanor around animals of all kinds. Her previous family loved her deeply, but their senior dogs were not accepting of a young newcomer, leaving Emma separated far too often. Knowing how important these formative months are, they made the selfless decision to let her come to us so she could find a home where she could fully belong and be included as part of the family she longs to be with.

Emma is truly a joy in the home. She is crate trained and sleeps peacefully through the night in her crate without issue. She does wonderfully going outside to use the restroom and follows your lead beautifully when asked if she needs to go out. She has lovely house manners, is not destructive, and settles into home life with an ease that makes her such a pleasure to have around.

She is doing wonderfully with leash training and has really discovered how much she loves walks. Whether it’s a stroll around the neighborhood or a longer outing, Emma is happiest when she gets to explore the world with her favorite person beside her. She also rides beautifully in the car and is happy on road trips of any length, making her the kind of companion who can be part of everyday errands or bigger adventures alike.

One of the sweetest things about Emma is that while she is still young, she is not a high-energy dog. Her joy comes from the depth of her spirit rather than chaos or constant motion. She is cheerful, loving, and happy to be part of whatever the day holds, but she carries a naturally balanced temperament that makes her feel mature beyond her age. She would be just as content joining you for a walk as she would curling up nearby while you go about your day.

She is also wonderful at the groomers, which is such a gift with a breed as beautiful as hers. Emma handles pampering with grace and makes keeping her coat healthy and lovely such an enjoyable experience.

Emma’s adoption fee is $1,500.

Her adoption includes being current on all one-year vaccines, a fecal test to check for parasites which came back negative, microchipping, a thorough exam with our vet, and a health certificate to go home with her adopting family. Due to her age, Emma will go home on a spay contract, as it is recommended for her breed to reach full maturity prior to sterilization, which is typically around 12 months of age.

Emma is not just a beautiful dog. She is the kind of companion who becomes woven into the heart of a home. She is warmth, companionship, loyalty, and joy wrapped into one lovely little soul, and she is ready for the family who will treasure her for all the years to come.
